It’s been an active start to September in the tropics with two named systems, Danielle and Earl, in the Atlantic. Danielle has regained hurricane strength, while Earl remains a tropical storm. FOX 13 Meteorologist Tony Sadiku says he is also watching a third system that just formed off the coast of Africa that may have a 20% shot of developing over the next five days.
