Primitive Caveman Workout in the Desert

Physical condition is a fundamental element in primitive survival. Unlike modern times where a plethora of technologies and drugs exist to combat the effects of a sedentary lifestyle, primitive man relied much more on physical abilities to survive. While people find many excuses why they cannot workout my caveman friend Ziko and I utilized 100% natural materials found in the desert to workout.

This video was shot while doing a primitive camping trip in the desert and combines relaxing scenes at the campfire and the majestic desert landscape with the dirt and grunts of primitive calisthenics and boulder lifting. Working out in nature requires desire and creativity and is available to all. There are additional health benefits to working out in the fresh air and natural elements as well. I encourage all to research the benefits and add more nature to their lives.
